Download Videos if You Are Having Problems

I have heard from a couple of you that you are having trouble when you stream the videos from the Sunday School page. I think the problem is a bandwidth issue since some of you are having problems and others are not. If the video completely stops periodically, you probably need to download the video to view it. The “download this video” link should come up on the video (mine comes up in the upper right corner). Click on the link and just save it to your desktop to view. You can delete it after you view it.

Let me know if you continue to have problems.

Sunday School Lessons Posted

We are getting into a regular routine with the posting of Sunday School lessons to the Fairview Baptist Singles Website. We are trying to get videos posted no later than early Monday mornings. If at all possible, they are posted on Sunday afternoons. We are also trying out some different things (such as the posting of the video from the worship service on 2/7 – the day that we did not have Sunday School). Links to audio versions of the worship service will continue to be posted as they become available.

Please check the site often and use the RSS feeds and E-mail notifications to stay informed about updates to the site.

Sunday School Lesson and Sermon

I have posted part of the first Sunday School lesson to the site – I am not sure what happened, but we only got the first 6 minutes. I have also posted a link to Andy’s sermon. Remember, you access the videos of the Sunday School lessons from the Sunday School page and the links to the audio of the sermon from the Weekly Sermon page. I will try to get these posted by Monday or Tuesday of each week in the future.

Christmas Services

We will have our Christmas Cantata, “Child of Wonder” on Sunday, December 6, 2009 during our morning worship service. We will have our children’s Christmas program on Sunday, December 13, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. We hope you can be there.
